Kraczek Publishing is a DBA of CHRIS'S COACHING, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information kraczekpublishing.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect:
- your first and last name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- the subject you pick and your message.
With each message we also record the country it was sent from (worked out by our hosting provider from your internet address) and your browser type. We use these only to spot spam and abuse. We don't store your internet address.
Information collected automatically
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own. Some information is still processed when you visit:
- Hosting. Our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your internet address and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Spam protection. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare information about your browser, device and internet address.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your internet address and browser information when a page loads.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to read and answer your message, pass it to the right person (for example, educator or publishing inquiries), send you an automatic confirmation that we received it, keep a record of our correspondence, and protect the form from spam.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our email, and only so they can do that work:
- Cloudflare: hosting, storing contact-form messages, sending our emails, and spam protection.
- Google: the Gmail mailboxes where your messages are delivered to us, and Google Fonts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep reasonable records of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to stores such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble and IngramSpark, and to YouTube. Free resources for our books are served from wisdom-whispers.kraczek.com, which is also ours. When you visit another company's site, its own privacy policy applies.
Children
Many of our books are written for young readers, but this website is meant for parents, educators and adult readers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information, we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. When we begin selling books directly on this site, we'll update this policy to explain how orders and payments are handled.
